Running a store in SL is difficult on a perfectly stable platform. But the grid is far from stable, and the responsible thing to do for our customers is to take steps that make it easier to shop at our stores. This includes things like redelivery terminals, gift cards, store credit, etc.

Do you notice, or care, when a store you shop at switches out one system for another? I’m very hesitant to do this because I recognise the value to you as a customer of the store credit you have built up.

Of course, if I did decide to switch, I would make sure that there would still be a way to redeem your store credit. But I’m just wondering…
